Different alpha channel in render element

Hello,
I have material with png alpha in opacity map and after rendering file in cloud the alpha channel is full black or white. There is no semi-transparency in the alpha render element. If I render the same file locally, I have semi-transparency which look ok to me.
This is common issue on the rendering cloud side? I attached exr files. How to make the same result on v-ray render cloud like on local render. Thank you for explanation.

Can you please share an example scene so we can reproduce and investigate locally? A simple scene with only the object you show from the images will also help.

Hello there,

Excuse us for the delayed answer, but we need some extra time for investigation.

After our investigation, we noticed that when the Matte object check box under Matte properties in the V-Ray object properties is checked the alpha channel, in the render of the cloud, became solid color.

You also need to change the Reflect/Refract Affect channels of the material to All channels/Color+alpha. If the Affect channels are on Color only the result from the cloud is similar to the local render.

We reported that behavior to our internal system and our DEV team will continue with the inside investigation.

Meanwhile, if it fits your workflow, you could change the Reflect/Refract Affect channels to Color only in that scenario the results from the local render and the Chaos Cloud are similar.
