Credits - Chaos Cloud vs My Chaos

So I had my manager send me credits through the self portal. I see those credits showed up and are listed under the My Chaos site, under Cloud Credits "Available Credits". When I go to Chaos Cloud Rendering site, that shows recent/past jobs etc, those credits are not represented? How do I get the credits from My Chaos area to the Chaos Cloud Rendering area for me to use? I hope this makes sense.

Hi PixelWindChill,

We discussed this problem in an email with you but let me post the resolution here as it might be beneficial for other users as well.

Currently you see your personal credits in Chaos Cloud Rendering. In order to start seeing and using the credits from your company account from the Self-Service Portal, we have to transfer your personal credits to the company account and add them to the company credits. From now on this account will be using only company credits. If you'd like to have personal account and personal credits as well, you'll have to register and use another account.
