Issues with submitting to Chaos cloud rendering.

    Hi paul_hammond,

    Thank you for bearing with us and helping us with feedback! In order to speed up the resolution of this issue, I've created a support ticket in our ticketing system for you. It's number is #100669. In this ticket we'll ask you for a remote session on which we can check your system and help you faster. We'll invite Doychin and Ivaylo - both are colleagues from the Chaos Cloud dev team. Please follow and answer in the ticket for more details about the remote session - when and how to conduct it.

          Hi paul_hammond,

          We'll write in the ticket with the invite for the remote session and you should receive an email notification. But before that, can you please let us know which day and hour you prefer to have the call with remote session?

                        Thank you paul! This means that, indeed, it is some configuration on your laptop which cause the Cloud Client to be unable connect co cloud.chaos.com. It is not, as we already expected, a network configuration or blocking of some kind. Unfortunately I already exhausted all of my ideas on what it might be.

                            Hi,

                            I'm glad to let you know that I have managed to get it to work, I'm currently rendering a test scene to make sure everything is working.
                            I have managed to be able to submit a scene for analysis and although there seems to be a few errors with materials, Chaos has accepted the job and it's currently rendering.

                            I had a thought this morning about reinstalling Safari as everything else looked the same as my wife's computer. Before I uninstalled the browser, I thought it would be worth clearing my history first and try this.
                            This has seemed to fixed the issue.

                            Thanks for all of your support to this point. Especially the time that Ivaylo spent on my system.
