Free credits not available?

I wanted to try chaos cloud rendering. I filled out the sign up form, got the activation code and am now registered. I should have the free 20 credits to try BUT it says "you have already tested chaos cloud" and I have not. Of course I want to use it now so..... dang.

I may buy the 100 credits and hope you will make this right. Like if I use only 20 then I get the cost of buying the 100 back?

Hi OPEN_RANGE,

Sorry for the problems getting the Trial credits. I've asked the Customer Experience team to assign you 20 free credits. Most probably they'll be in your account as late as tomorrow. I'll let you know once this happens. Just make sure to log in Chaos Cloud with the same email you log in here in the forums.
