    Can we animate the cloud using offset values under the cloud option? How?

    Hi, thanks for posting. Do you mean the VRaySun's clouds? You can animate the offset the same way as you animate anything else in 3ds Max, using the timeline and the autokey or set key buttons.

      I asked about vantage clouds. I did it using the substate option but the render out was stretched clouds, the preview was fine enough.

          Hi,

          There is a visible "Ghosting" effect in animations when Reduce flickering is enabled. Can you try to turn it off from the Render menu :
