How is it that you can have different frames with different lights - like they are lit differently between frames?

I submitted a job, and, yeah the frames are different - how can this be - and how are we supposed to guard against it?

    Do we get refunds?

    Hi,

Can you please share the scene and the Cloud Job ID with us at support@chaosgroup.com to review and reproduce the issue? We will discuss the credits refund in the ticket but it sounds like an issue for which you will get a refund. We just need to have a look at the Cloud Job and the original scene.

    Thanks,

Thanks, I already sent the full scene in a support ticket - actually for multiple reasons.

So I was rendering using backburner last night after the cloud failed, and two different machines were rendering but the camera was a little further away with one machine (!) - but they worked together well for DR, until one machine crashed.

One machines keeps crashing renders - although it is using the 445.87 drivers

      CUDA error 700 - vraysdk\samples\vray_plugins\ort_opencl_pri(152)

Not sure why it's using open CL.

My worry is that maybe because the scene is using lots of body objects maybe?

But please, I really need some help on this soon - I messaged support yesterday twice (once early in the day) - and it's in danger of becoming a disaster because Vray keeps crashing.

I can render neither from the cloud or local.

        Hi JD3D_CGI ,

The Support team is handling your tickets right now and will follow up if they haven't done so already. We'll follow up here as well for the rest.
