URGENT: Displacement Maps Keep Failing

Hi

Im rendering from Modo to the VRay cloud, and keep getting a job fail with the error "Something Went Wrong". Im only trying to render a very small test section of a single mesh with standard maps, yet the job keeps failing. I've added VRay Geometry to it, disabled the height map, yet it still fails. Please could you let me know what is happening?

I used to be able to render in the cloud no problems, but over the past few months, almost every other job seems to have some issues.

If you could advise asap, that would be great.

Hi Pali,

Can you please send us a link to the job so we can locate it in our backend? It's possible that we'll need the Modo scene as well but let's start with the Chaos Cloud job first.

Hi Pali,

You are right that all three jobs have failed with the same error. It's a V-Ray crash which currently I can't exactly say why it happens. Usually we advise the users when this error happens to try again as it shouldn't repeat itself. But obviously in your case it's repeatable. I'd ask you for the actual Modo scene and will ask the V-Ray for Modo team for help to analyze it. I'll continue the conversation in the tickets you've sent us to channel the support incident through the support system and make it more convenient for you to share an example scene with us.

I've emailed you the scene, and also tried a run locally, which crashed VRay Standalone. I'll also email you the crash log. Hopefully this will be a quick fix, as I really need to be able to render this scene.
