Problems with hdri Background in cloud

Hello everybody, i created a scene with a hdri background, in the V-Ray Frame Buffer you see, when I launch in the cloud, the background is black? I use 3ds Max and Vray 5. thanks everyone for the help!

Thank you for contacting us! Can you please share with us:

1. An example 3ds Max scene to reproduce this.
2. Link to the Chaos Cloud job - the link holds the job ID which we can use to locate the job in our admin system and investigate it.

If it's more convenient for you, you can share them in a direct message to me. There might be a bug which we'll investigate for fixing.
