Chaos Cloud doesn't work with animated gradient ramp in 3dsmax

Hi,

I have a big problem because the animated gradient ramp are not taken into account with the Chaos Cloud.
I just wasted 98 credits for a simple scene with an animated gradient ramp on a sphere but with vray glossy shaders.
There is no plugin just 3dsmax 2021.3 update with Vray 5 hotfix 2
Please help me it's urgent

Hi Michael,

The animated gradient ramp is currently not rendered on Chaos Cloud. We have a report for this issue in our bug-tracker (ref ID:VMAX-687 and we will increase the priority of it.
Could you please send us an email to support@chaosgruop.com and include the ID of the following job. To get the Job ID, navigate to your job in cloud.chaos and send us the link from the browser.
Please mention this thread in the email.
