Hi Viktoria Dimitrova, I will have a look what I can do. Beware with me please. I cant share all the data, but I will see what I can do. I will also double check all the nodes, but I have only vRay nodes and MaYa nodes connected. I will suggest you also to share a error list for the chaos cloud so that the user know more which errors exist and how these error are created when you want to render in the chaos cloud. Please share a error list and the solutions if any available so we can make sure that we are uploading the correct data to be render. OFF OF TOPIC ! I solved the problem / issue.
It is something that I will expected the last, but it happened

I will contact the support team to explain the solution and ask also why

So now I need to calculate if this will be something that will be rentable in my case.
I use all my 20 Credits already for this render and the render is not even finished.

I didnt want also to share the file because I have (as always) a pretty complex shading network that you maybe will not understand.
A couple of nodes arent visible in the image and this shading is just for the CLEAR COAT

Why the Chaos Cloud shows more and more render time instead of giving real time render time?
As an example.
After 40 Minutes rendering in the CLOUD - th CLOUD was displaying me already 1 Hour + xxx Minutes. How this comes ? I also record everything to have a closer look and compare.

Doing this way of course I will not have credits in a few Minutes, since the Credits runs by calculating the render time ?
When I saw for the first time 12 Min. I was impressed. But then became more and more time, but the real time doesnt matches with the rendering time in the CLOUD and my credits.
I will explain this with images too.

Then I saw the clock that will render more and more and I couldnt believe it. This after seeing 12 Minutes render time.
The render at the end - 1 Frame, will cost me 90€ for a 2K image and will render the same amount of time as my computer. The CLOUD will render a little bit faster, but ...

90€ for one Image it is a lot and still not finished.
After paying 90€ for 1 Image - I still need to do also the post production of it So at the end will cost 1 single frame 300€

At the start not even showed my image was already at 6 Min. 2 sec.

My Render was at 2 Hours and like 35 Min. and was showing already 3 Hours 29 Min. 52 Sec.

And the credits was going from normal to .2 and then after was .5 a regular calculation.

There might be something in the scene setup that causes this render time. Have you tried rendering the same scene on your computer? If you want us to investigate this further, we will need the scene file along with all the assets. You shouldn't be worried about the complexity of your shading as our 3D Support team includes Maya experts that will be able to understand it.

How did you conclude that the job was rendered only 40 minutes but the render time shown on the Cloud was 1 hour+? Note that you are only charged for the time you are using the Cloud machine. This time also includes the calculation to prior the rendering of the image.

Please when you contact our 3D Support team, send the ID of this job so we can check it internally from our Cloud Admin. Here you can find how to get the Job ID of the current job.

Im trying to clean the clear coat which is causing some issues.
I just trying to understand where is the problem.

This will be a topic to discuss for sure and I will contact the Team to see what is causing the problem.

Maybe I can learn from them ! Since I come from other school and not vRay School

I just notice a couple of things while Im using vRay 100% for my next renders and Im learning also a couple of things how actually vRay works.
vRay works differently than other Softwares and doing as I do in the old good days of rendering - maybe will wrong to think.
So Im fixing those thinks issues

Pretty simple !
I did a Video-Screen-Capture I do all the time

The video was too big so I deleted. It was 3 +++ Hours screen record. So it was 45 Gbs.
