Render Elements missing

I ran a cloud render with render elements, which I've done before successfully. For some reason, I'm not seeing the render elements this time, only the RGB .exr and .jpg files are available for download. Here's the render setup box, anyone have any ideas what went wrong? This job cost me 28 credits and is useless to me without the render elements.

I just ran a low res version on the cloud and a low res version on my computer. The render elements come through my computer but not the cloud.

Can you please open the rendered EXR in the V-Ray Frame Buffer as described in the docs article below and check whether you see the render elements?

Scratch that - the render I just tested does show render elements, but only as a dropdown in the C-Ray Frame Buffer window. It used to give me the option to download them all separately, is there a way to set up the render settings to do that again?
The large render that cost me 28 credits still does not show any render elements, although when I checked the render settings after the large render came through without them, it did show the render elements to be on. So I still don't know why I didn't get them on the large render, but did get them just now on the low-res render, albeit in a different form than I've gotten before.

When I render on the cloud, I can check the progress on the full resolution preview. Is there a way to check the progress to make sure it's also running the render elements?

Hi zachary_smith,

The Chaos Cloud has a preview for render elements only if there are any separate JPG or PNG files in the job output.

If you haven't set any output from the host application you will get the default Chaos Cloud output which is a multichannel EXR and the RGB channel as a JPG file.

As my colleague, Vladie mentioned you are able to load the multichannel EXR file from the Cloud to the VFB and from there save the render elements as separate files.
