re-open the upload progress screen for the client cloud app

accidently i closed the uploading screen of the client app for the cloud during an upload (which is still busy). I can see that the upload is still 'uploading' and being prossesed in the project list inside my cloud page, thank goodness, but i can no longer follow the percentage uploaded now. Is there a way to get that uploading page back onto my screen so i can better follow progress ?

If you open https://cloud.chaos.com/, you can locate the uploading job and follow its progress there as well. Please let me know if you can't find it.

yes i can see it there thanks. It's only that as there is no percentage upload status on that page and as it is very big and slow it is difficult to see if it is moving at all.
i just worry that it might have paused ?? .. its a very tight deadline.
if you can assure me it is still uploading then i'll stop worrying.

can i be assured that if it says uploading on the https://cloud.chaos.com/ project page that it is actuallystill uploading .. even though it is not possible to view any movement with the progress bar due to it being a very long upload ??

Hi 3dartvision,

I'm sorry for the slow reply. Currently the job is uploading but yesterday it stopped because it lost connection with the Chaos Cloud client app. If the upload fails again, please don't delete the job as, if you start the upload again, Chaos Cloud will reuse what the client app has already uploaded. Hence the upload will be much faster. So just start uploading a new job. You can delete the failed upload later when you finish rendering.
