Can you please provide more information on the issue that you get.

Are you trying to render on your local machine or to submit a job in Chaos Cloud?

In case you are submiting to Chaos Cloud please let us know the URL of the job from the Chaos Cloud Portal.

If it is a local GPU job please let us know the error that you get during rendering, the 3d platform that you are using, the exact version of V-Ray that you have installed and the version of your OS and GPU drivers.
