3ds max V-ray 5 Image blur value 0.01 is not acceptable while sending rendering to cloud.

Hi Chaos Team,

Since I updated chaos cloud client app, I am seeing an error that image blur value 0.01 is not acceptable. But it was not the case earlier. I need my renderings super crisp and while sending it to cloud it changes my images blur value to 0.1. So can you guys please help to resolve this issue.

I am using 3ds max 2021 with V-ray 5.

Hi four_hands,

This is a limitation on our end and it was never exporting the Blur offset values when rendering with Chaos Cloud - we've added a warning so that users can keep this in mind.

It's been discussed in the following forum thread as well, you might want to check it out for a workaround (should you wish to use the offset values) - https://forums.chaosgroup.com/forum/...export-problem
