Error due to path not found when uploading to chaos cloud

Hi,
I am new to vray but when I upload my files to render in CC I always get the information that OCIO *aces* and OSL paths are wrong and could not be found?
Is this a bug or a mistake on my side? Any help ould be highly appreciated.

Would it be convenient for you to create a support ticket (https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and share more info there, e.g. the original scene or the Chaos Cloud job, we might ask you for additional logs, etc.?
