black renders on Chaos Cloud

Hi all!
Im testing out Chaos Cloud ( cinema r23 and vray5) but I always get totally black images as result. There is any knows problem about it? or am I doing somethng wrong? I have tried different files but I always have the same problem. thank!!

Sorry for the inconvenience.

There are several known issues which might have caused this, e.g. if you use multiple cameras in C4D, if you have whitespaces in the name of the render camera in C4D, etc. Some of them are fixed. But in order to clarify whether we have a fix, can you please share a Chaos Cloud job with me (I need its ID) to check what the issue exactly is? If it's more convenient for you, you can share it in a Direct Message to me here in the forum. Also your job will be refunded as the render output is wrong.

Looks like the problem was related to the choice of the camera. Leaving "none" in the camera slot, everything works fine!
