Hello! Wanted to try Chaos Cloud for the first time after purchasing vray.... I have the cloud client installed, and a scene ready for submission. Whenever I open the standalone app or try and send the render to Chaos Cloud via the vray shelf tool button inside of 3DS Max, it brings me to an internet page which just states "This page isnt working localhost didn't send any data., ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.
I've tried different browsers, restarting my machine, and re-downloading the cloud client with no success. I feel like I'm doing something wrong that's obvious, any ideas?
Secondary question.... the support forums said that the emergency tech support number is +359 2 422 422 1, how the heck do I dial that number? When I try and dial that in my phone it just says no number found, and I don't expect to hear from support via e-mail quickly. Really needed this job submitted today but tempted to just use a different service due to time crunch... any assistance for the future would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much!
