Matte Shadow Reciever transparent background chaos cloud

Hi!
I recently submitted a render to the cloud where I've included a matte shadow reciever background with the goal of having no background. I did several test render on my computer and it worked well, no background. However, when I submitted it to chaos cloud for a high quality render the result included a dark grey background for some reason. Is there a reason for this and something I can do to fix it?

I've attached the render from my own computer. The one I recieved from the chaos cloud is the same but with a dark grey background

Hi could you send us your Chaos Cloud job ID and the 3ds max scene file.
Make sure you are sending the same version of the 3ds max scene that you exported to Cloud when the issue occurred. Please send all assets used in the scene as well.
