I exported it as a vrscene and it worked.

Thank you for the follow-up! We identified an issue on our side and logged a bug in our bug-tracker - CLOUD-3117. It's not happening every time so you should be able to submit and upload jobs via the normal workflow as well. Not only by exporting the .vrscene manually. I'm sorry for the problem! We'll work on fixing the bug soon.

What do you do with the vrscene file when you've exported it?

I use the chaos cloud Client to upload the vrscene file. I managed to get it working.

NorthVisualStudio, thanks for the follow-up! You're right.

maarten_vis, you can submit a .vrscene file using the Chaos Cloud client app in a standalone mode. If you are on Windows, the quickest way will be to right click on the .vrscene and select Upload to Chaos Cloud. Or if you haven't associated the .vrscene file format with another app, you can just double click on it and the default action should be to open it with the Chaos Cloud client app. Please check this article for more details (the second point is about the fast ways to open it on Windows).
