    Hello,

    What's going on with Chaos Cloud these past few days? We have had issues purchasing credits, which are delayed by almost 30 mins. Uploading time outs and general accessing the Cloud with severe page load delays.

    Hi james_cutler,

    I'm sorry for the issues with Chaos Cloud you are experiencing these days. They are separate issues. One is connected with our payment processor because of which there were delays in updating the credits' number after a purchase. This should be resolved now. Please let me know if you still have issues.

    The second is in regards of the upload process of a scene to render it in Chaos Cloud. Some of our users experience such issues and we are still investigating the causes of the delays and failures. Expect a fix from us soon.

    Appreciate your feedback and I hope you'll continue sharing it.

      Still having issues with delayed payments unfortunately. However the site now does seem to be uploading and downloading as usual.

          james_cutler, I have a clarifying question. Can you please let me know what exactly is the payment issue:
          1. Do you purchase the credits but you receive them with 30 minutes delay?
          2. Or even though you purchase the credits and get them immediately (you see them in my.chaos/your account), you can't render?

            Hi,

            We made a payment this morning and it went through straight away, so perhaps it is now all fixed for us. Will let you know if that changes. But previously we would make a payment and an invoice would arrive after 10 minutes. Then the credits would appear another 10-20 mins after that.

              vladie Hello! We have more than 40 minutes does not change the status of the rendering with Queued. What can this be connected to? This is the first time we've had this. Thanks

                hover_design, Hi! You are right, this is not expected. We had a temporary problem which lead to some jobs waiting in the queue. It has been resolved.

                  @nikolina.eftimova​ Now we have a problem with loading scenes, they do not load. Those that were able to download are in Queued status for a long time again.

                    Unfortunately we are having another problem and are working on it. Meanwhile, your jobs are not spending any credtis, so there is no need to cancel them.
