  • Adjust Highlight Burn Contrast and exposure

    Good Morning everyone,

Hope everyone is good. I am wondering if once I upload the render on chaos clouds there is a way to adjust Exposure Highlight Burn and contrast as rendering on the computer.

    Many thanks to who reply.

    Have a great day !

Yes, save your images as vrimg (vray raw image) files and load them in the VFB, you will still have complete control then.

      Good Morning
I did not find in VFB an option to upload a VRIMG type file
Where exactly do you upload it?
      with gratitude

First of all, thanks for the quick reply!
          Yes , this I know ,
The problem is that I received many files, one of which has the extension vrmig.part, and not just vrmig, and the VFB does not recognize it.
I tried to delete the letters "part" but when I opened in VFB I got a purple square...
Does this mean that something went wrong with your cloud rendering?

I have never used the Cloud but I'm suspecting that either you didn't download it completely (hence the part) or something else went wrong. Maybe try re-downloading the files.

Vizioen, thank you for the help! You are right!

ittai_frumkin, can you please try to download the output vrimg file again? It seems it's not fully downloaded. Also please be sure to use the latest available Chaos Cloud client app version. Alternatively you can use one of the integrations with public cloud storage providers which Chaos Cloud has - Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive. They can save the output vrimg automatically to your storage folder.

              Thanks,
              Vladie

                You're right !
It turns out that I downloaded the files right before the end and that's why the extension was .vrimg.part .
Thank you . Chaos' help is simply wonderful!
When I render with cloud there is always a message that appears on top of the page that there is a new version , but when I click on the icon I always gets stuck and it doesn't work .
This point is not clear to me, when I send you to render in the cloud, what does updating the version have to do with me ? you are doing the rendering , not me ??
                best regards

ittai_frumkin, thanks for the kind words! We appreciate them

With respect to the case of getting stuck after updating the client app, I believe I understand your point. It's about this message, right?

We'll improve this by auto-restarting the client app after update so you can continue working from where you have left off. I admit this message is misleading. Expect this improvement from us soon.

                  Thanks!
