Purchased credits to continue a paused job, and it says I have no credits.

  • Purchased credits to continue a paused job, and it says I have no credits.

    I just purchased 100 credits to continue a paused job, and I'm being met with an error that says I have no credits when I still have 95 left. This is extremely urgent and I don't know what to do. I'm stuck here with credits that I'm not being allowed to use.

    Hi kian_babayi,

    May be you have already received a message from my colleague in the support ticket thread but just in case I'm following up here as well. You should be already able to resume the paused job. We've made sure that your account has a permission to continue rendering in Chaos Cloud as it has enough available credits. I'm sorry for the experienced issue and the caused inconvenience. Everything should be fine now.
