50 credits spent on 17 cameras - rendered incorrectly

Hello
I've raised ticket 73426, but did not get a response for several hours.
I've spent 50 credits and have an incorrect result. Local test and preview test through Chaos Cloud script was perfect - no issues.
In the cloud rendered result does not have any lighting - only VRayLightMtl's
The deadline is soon and I really wanted to be able to rely on Chaos Cloud. Now, without the response of what is going on I cannot continue rendering, because I might get the same result again.
Please, I need a refund of the credits and an investigation of what is going on, as I have to meet the deadline.

We are answering you in the ticket. As soon as we have a resolution of the issue as an answer in the ticket, I'll post it here as well for the sake of the other users.
