The same issue is happening again. I've just purchased 200 credits to begin a job, then it used less than 1 credit, then paused the job, and told me I have no credits and to go buy more (see attached). Please solve this issue.

Sorry for the troubles again! Your account should be able to render in Chaos Cloud now. We'll continue monitoring it to avoid repeating the same issue. The problem is that your account was part of an organization before where you used to have a credit limit. We have to dissociate the account from the credit limit and it will work as expected.
