Chaos cloud "turn off interactive rendering" problem

Hi,

I am having a problem with chaos cloud saying that i need to turn off interactive rendering because interactive rendering is not supported on chaos cloud.
Honestly i dont know how to turn it off because i use the icons to select and start rendering interactive or normal (if i am correct in vray 5 or 4 there was selection for interactive under the cpu/gpu/rtx selection but now its progressive selection which doesnt help)
I have searched everywhere and cant find anything on this topic.

I am using Vray 6 with Sketchup 2022

Hi,

Just posting the resolution from the ticket for everyone's sake who is reading.

We presumed that this project might contain some "corrupted" data in its render settings. Which is why we recommended the render settings to be reverted to their default values. And this helped.
