Hi. I have 20 credits from free trial to try and see how it works, then I bought 50 because I will need if for my projects at university. The problem is that I cannot do a render on chaos cloud, I tried to do it directly from Vray, with chaos cloud app and also on the web with imported scene. And in every situation is being said that I don't have any credits and I should buy or request for trial, but I did these two. Can you help me with this topic? Because it's very important for me and I need it fixed as fast as I can. Thank u in advance.

Can you please check which account you have used to log in the Cloud client app? I've found a couple of accounts which look similar but don't have credits. I'll reach out to you via a direct message to let you know which the accounts are.
