Problem with uploading multiple batch renders at once

Ran into a sad problem just now. Started cloud batch renders from three different sketchup-projects shortly after each other, uploading at the same time. That didn't work at all. All scenes got mixed up and made doubles and triples of the same scenes and overwriting other scenes.
Just spent a couple of hours of render time and a load of credit to discover that.

Sorry for the problems with the batch submit! Can you please prepare a list of the mixed jobs which are duplicate and share it with me? Generally all jobs which you identify as redundant and need a refund. We'll investigate them to clarify why the problem happened, and we'll consider them for a credits refund. You can share the list in a direct message here in the forum or through a support ticket.
