I've been trying to upload my scene, but It keeps failing for the reasons above.

This seems like a network error - maybe some sort of disruption or packet loss in the network. Please send us the logs from the cloud client app, they are located here: On windows %APPDATA%\Chaos Group\vcloud\client\log, On Mac ${HOME}/.ChaosGroup/vcloud/client/log

Can you also check your upload and download speeds with https://www.speedtest.net/ ? Is there a firewall or proxy, which can be interfering with the network connection?
