Upload frustration

I am trying to upload a Sketchup animation to Chaos Cloud, but it keeps stalling out before it goes anywhere. I have talked to support and adjusted things they suggested, but no go. It is a 28 MB Sketchup file. I am trying to send it in 6 scene chunks to limit the processing. I have removed as much from the file as I could. It was 36 MB.

Hi JT,

We suspect that this is an exporting issue that is not directly related to Chaos Cloud.
Please share in the ticket the new version of the project. Also, let us know which scenes of the optimized project we prepared and sent you are not uploading.
We will look into the new files to see what may be causing the issue.
