  • rendering a sequence starting with a negative frame number

It seems to be treating it as an image, rather than an animation. I'm starting at -90, and setting my file number base to 90. It uploads the entire scene, processes the frames, but when it renders it only does one frame. Am I missing something?

Hi, thanks for posting. I am able to reproduce this behaviour on my setup in a simple scene. Let me discuss this with the developers and I will get back to the tread.

Hi again. This issue is fixed with the latest version of V-Ray. The submitter is improved and is now working as "one click" submit.
This means you will no longer have to click "submit to chaos cloud" from the V-Ray tab in your host platform (for instance 3ds Max) which then sends you to a web page. It is all in one now.

Here is a screengrab of how it looks. As you can see it prompts an error about the negative frames and won't allow you to submit such a job.
