It's adding the frame numbers incorrectly.

I reported this problem earlier today and no response.

Thanks very much... the whole job had a few problems and it was hard for me to work out what was going wrong.

Can Cloud not handle non dot delimted sequence names?

Did you look into this then or what?

Because I just had the same problem again.

I can't be manually renaming hundreds of files.

Ohh, and I cannot report this job for some reason.

Hi, thanks for posting. Could you please check your ticket? I can see it has been answered as follows:

you are trying to uncheck the "Dot-delimited frame number" which is not supported on Chaos Cloud.

This means that if you submit a job with this checker disabled you will have the naming issue at hand.

if you need to fix what you have there are a number of file renaming utitities which will chew through an animation sequence and fix your names no problem. "magic file renamer" is one iirc but there are loads.

              Thanks gentlemen.

I would really appreciate it if you could add this to the scene analysis when one submits a job to Cloud.

              OR

since you impose your own file name convention anyway, why not just not use it?

I am sending jobs to Chaos Cloud when I am in a hurry with a large project, not when I have time to faff around with processing file sequences.
