The frame range format is is fine, I'm guessing that if you submit the job with the frame ranges specified in Max, it doesn't work?

Might need some error detection or some text prompt eh?

What is the frame range configured in the Rendering -> Render Setup -> Common section ? Also can you try manually exporting the scene and then double-clicking on the exported .vrscene file - this will initiate the old submit process, which is happening through the default browser. Does the same error appear when you use this process?

The frame range was entered in when I submitted it as 1-5, but cloning it wouldn't work
