Less than 10 machines assigned to cloud rendering jobs, slower than rendering on our local farm, urgent deadline

We expected at least 100 machines for rendering, but only 7 are assigned. Due to our urgent deadline in less than 24 hrs, we opted for the cloud service, assuming it would be faster. With less than 50 machines assigned, it's slower than our local renders, risking a missed deadline. Is there something we can do to have more machines available to us?

After this was resolved, the cloud now renders our frames as expected!
