Tiled EXR not supported issue when submitting to cloud, how to fix?

How do we fix the error we get when submitting to chaos cloud: Errors

Tiled EXR image type is not supported by Chaos Cloud yet. Please change the output image type.

I am out of ideas, any help is appreciated!

Hi, thanks for posting. Which host app are you using (is it 3ds Max)? How do you submit your job, what output settings are you using?
