Submit to Chaos Cloud rendering - menu window is all white.

Hey all - wondering if anyone has experienced this. when I try to submit to CCrendering I get an all white menu window. this started happening 2 weeks ago when I reinstalled Vray (Vray for Max2024)
I have a work around by exporting .vrscene - but its a pain. Ive reinstalled Vray 2x now. same problem. thanks for any help. **Last note: I also recently installed an nvidia RTX 1030ti card.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing such issues. As you mentioned it started happening after a reinstall - was it working well before that moment? We'd need to check on what's happening, can you open a support ticket (make sure to mention this thread) so we can possibly schedule a remote session?
