VRayVolumeGrid Issue

Hi,
it is my first time trying Chaos Cloud render,
here is what is happening
I sent a job with VRayVolumeGrid but it renderd flipped upside down (Z axis). it renders fine locally. also I did create a preview from the host ChaosCloud interface (3dsmax) with correct render.
I used another online render provider and things went well.
please advice.
