  • Something went wrong - Failed render

    Hi

I m trying to render a very Large image through cloud. Tried two times and every time I get "Something went wrong" and failed render.
It is big and maybe that is the reason, but I dont know. I Sent a feedback but haven't heard anything yet! In attachment you will see the parameters for the render!

    Hi, thanks for posting.
It looks like your job hits the memory limit on the Cloud.
Try to optimise your scene. If you have a lot of displacement check this article.
Have you managed to render this scene with smaller output resolution? Are you sure you need such high resolution?
What is your use case. Here is an article about output resolutions. You may find it useful.
We may have to review your scene. I will update you on the ticket for that.

I have reduced the resolution to see if that is possible (26.077 x 15.339) and yes I have no problem rendering this out in a normal 4K image. It uses the Vray displace modifier with PhoenixFDOcean texture for the displacement. Quite many trees scattered around too! I will look more into the scene later today and try again
