Dear judit_plaza, hello.

I see that in your latest Chaos Cloud jobs you were able to receive .exr output successfully.

So, you maybe you found that the .exr format is within the Output files by default if you haven't additionally enabled Settings > Render Output > Save Image and pointed out a different format (for example .png).
