  • Mass downloading files

I rendered two client jobs on the Chaos cloud recently, consisting each of a few dozen highres still images. Submitting out of Houdini with the chaosCloud ROP was easy enough, but downloading each one of the rendered frames individually really is a pain (check which renderings have already been downloaded > click download with client app > search file path in explorer window > click enter > watch browser window pop up > watch prompt window pop up > wait for download complete > close browser window. Rince and repeat that 30 or 50 times for each render iteration. Then sort the downloaded files into your own file structure on your file server) Do that again and again if the client changes something. I feel that I am overlooking something in the interface, is there a possibility for automatic download or mass downloading all finished renderings?

Hi, thanks for posting. If you have more than one job, so lets say a job for each render you can select them all and download like this:

If you have multiple cameras in a single job (I am not sure this is possible in Houdini) then it is straightforward, just hit download and they download as an archive.
