Last night I had a scene I was submitting for rendering that had a vray dome light as the only source of illumination. Every render I got back it was like the dome light wasn't active at all. I was pulling my hair out until I turned off motion blur on the physical camera and it worked fine after all. Is this a known issue and is there a workaround for it? Every time I submitted it to Chaos Cloud, I got the warning that it needed to be Active View, instead of picking the camera due to having motion blur, so I selected Active View, could that have caused the issue?

Hi, thanks for posting.
I tested a simple scene using a VRayDomeLight and VRayPhysicalCamera with motion blur but it was exported to Cloud and rendered without any issues.
I did a V-Ray CPU test. What are you using GPU or CPU and what are your versions and host platform (3ds Max)?
There is an older report in our system about an issue using a Dome light with Gradient Ramp and VRayPhysicalCamera with MotionBlur. The render is black so this sounds very similar to yours.
