    Ho ho ho!

Haven't posted anything here in a while, but here's a festive illustration I created for Brussels Airline's in flight magazine. The brief was to highlight Belgian toy companies who are producing eco-friendly toys for Christmas.

Tech wise the sleeve, cuff and glove were simulated in Marvelous Designer, with some additional details sculpted in Zbrush. The fur is Ornatrix and the wrapped train was a mix of Zbrush and bog-standard poly modelling.

It looks like this is the first year where I won't have time to do a personal Christmas illustration So this will have to be it!

    Merry Christmas!

Thank you! They *really* brightened the background If they'd told me they wanted to hit that red I would have re-lit it! Ah well.

Ah so we're not the only ones having to cope with some clientside postproduction

Client also fixed the thumb looking like a condom tip :P

At first I thought it was the pinky of the hand. Maybe the thumb could be have been positioned higher/differently. The wrapped train is perfection though, awesome work as usual

Ha! You're right, they did! It is the pinky finger though (it's in his right hand), you can see the thumb on the other side
