  • Wheee !!

I can post at last! I have been locked out from this forum for quite some time.

Not much new stuff to post but a little test just to see how sharp you guys are

This is a "step by step" interior project and my question is:

What is CG and what is not¿

The first image is more then a year old.

    Cheers!

      I remember that first image.

Don't tell me the lower two are CG. Only that clock maybe and the hanging lights. If it is a lot of compositing you have done an outstanding job.

        Don't forget the curtain panels.
(If I'm right, excellent masking job)

Also, wall art and track lighting.

I knew you guys would nail this one well almost anyway.

First image is rendered (xpt the 2D people naturally) and it was done over a year ago. The second one is a recent photo on how the actual project turned out. Pretty close don’t you think? The last photo is edited and composed with rendered content. The last image was done to hint the clients on how to improve the interior.

              Here is the mask:

              Cheers!

The overall lighting in your render is very similar to the actual room. Must have been cool to see that in the end. There is something to learn in the furniture material though. I think seeing this comparison will help me in future renders with wood furniture

Excellent job although you've got to fix that clock, I think the high brightness is what makes it look pasted in.

Big thx for the CC. It was a quickie though and not much effort put into it.

Your right I didn’t notice it was so bright.
