Talan, Residential Complex

Hello everyone,
I would like to show you our recent work. It's about huge residential complex located in Tatarstan, Russia.
We spent two months on the project, as there was back and forth with the client in order to get the fine result.
The scene was pretty heavy, but Forest Pack and Rail Clone did a lot of heavy lifting.
It was a new experience for us to make and manage such a big project, and as always, we completed the images in Photoshop.

nice work! the only thing that bothers me is the couple in the lower left of the first image ......my eye goes right to them

I would have to agree. Plus the seemingly dancing couple in the last image. If they were to go out of frame it would be better imo, but now most likely this project is over. Great work anyway and I'm sure the client is happy enough
With regard to people in images - I find myself turning them away from the camera most times, as we seem to be drawn to faces....just a theory

Usually, a human eye is attracted by contrast. This might be a case with the people on the night render.
The couple on the left-down stands against the brighter background and creates a strong contrast.
And you are right about that, they counter the main composition and distract you from it. Sometime, this can be desirable, but in this case we could blend them more into the image by putting some highlight on them.

Nice work! People are always difficult and you did good, but I would love to see the images without people.

I meant the couple walking towards us and to the right of the woman on the left, in the last image. Something about them puts me off a little. I think it's the fact that they both just have one foot in contact with
the ground that gives me the dancing feeling. Minor thing really, so wouldn't worry....everyone sees different details
