Hi, a few renders of a bach (holiday rental) I stayed at recently in Waihi Beach, NZ. Quite a nice little trip it was

ooh eck...with this one, i feel my materials are getting better, but i do get worked up over them..find it quite hard to get them to work in every situation so it wasnt as quick to do as i hoped. But lighting was just a single hdr, one of Peter Guthries and using lightroom to tweak a little...bit of clarity setting and adding contrast, which made all the difference. Having stayed there i had a lot of reference photos i took too, which helped.
