    by the way, when I had access to numbers before 2008 developers in Minneapolis budgeted 2K per unit for Marketing and the architect firm was charging 5K per unit..( average range was between 80-150 units) .... The typical rendering package was 3-5 views of the most expensive unit, 1-2 of the most common unit, 1-2 exterior images and maybe 2-3 of the common areas (lobby, Spa/gym, party room)...so, it was nothing of the overall budget. and they were paying back then around 800-1000 per image
    i wanna learn from you, but in my country everyone is fighting the price..

      My situation is different from most of the people here because of my main business is design, when the market crashed I had a lot of work in visualization, I'm still doing it but only by refers. Old clients and people coming from my old clients so I am not actively looking for work....sometimes, I got people from nowhere asking me for renderings and most of them wanted to pay very low fees for that....at this point of my life after several fails and successes and starting from zero many times my attitude has changed over the years....today is take it or leave it and don't waste my time, I'm not diplomatic at all and I don't have a poker face.... Potential clients sometimes want to negotiate back and forward...you sent a number, they sent you back a new number and so on....I just to do it when I was younger. but I don't do it anymore, the prices I send are close to the lowest I'm willing to work for them.(my best and final from the beginning with a little room for negotiation for people I already know) .

      It's nothing to learn from me... I'm just tired!!!
