Staircase hall (WIP)

I've just started working on a new job, a classic staircase hall.
It's a work in progress so I'll update more images in the next days.
Hope you like it and constructive criticts will be appreciated

Before starting to model everything I've made a quick sketch of the room, then I've selected some reference for moulding and a few other details.

Once details have been approved by the client I've started to model the most difficoult parts, the staircase and the wrought iron balaustrade. While working on the geometry I've started to build some of the shader using the Standard material and blend.

Yes the plaster casting is from the russian site. Quite often I need to model specific forms like the balaustrade, but when the clients only want generic moulding I always use premade stuff.

im amazed at how fast you are getting this done. With the iron balaustrade did you model flat then deform for the curves?

Yes, I've modeled a flat module, then I've used a free form deformer. For the plaster casting(from dikart.ru) I've used a spline wrap deformer.
