Hi, so these renders were based on photos on the archdaily site, of a New York Studio retrofit by "Light and Air Architecture" . It was for some reason a bit of a render grind, so much noise but got there in the end
very nice. i cant tell at this res, but do you have the nice endgrain of the baltic birch ply in your images? (assuming the architects didnt hide it in the real interior)
wheredyou get your sheet wood textures from? finding nice extreme resolution large format wood panel textures is not so easy. last one i did i used a "wood veneers" pack from somewhere i dont remember..
hi, thanks..for the wood I actually used a plywood texture from the "Poliigon" website, then adjusted the color, so its not an exact baltic birch. But yeah i find getting large wood panel textures quite hit and miss. I keep thinking of buying the arroway veneers but I'm not convinced they have a large enough area of the wood, and repetition would be an issue. Not sure if anyone else could confirm this or not.
I have a plywood edge texture that I can give you if you want?
