I just finished this piece up...probably could have been more picky about the stone work, but overall I like it. Thoughts?

Overall it's pretty nice, however the lighting is way off
Either tone down the natural ambient sky/sun/dome/background, or tone down the internal/external artificial light
    Kind Regards,
    Morne

The best advice I ever got on this forum is to invest in a DSL and take up photography. I'm about $10,000 into my new hobby, but it greatly improved my renderings. You don't need to go overboard like me, but pick up something cheap and go out shooting, seeing how light, shadows, reflection, and refraction works.

the work is really good but as Morne mentioned the lighting is really off.
sun light is too white and shadows are bright
the artificial light are too strong in my opinion if this a day shot ( ? )
sky is empty and not interesting I would work on that too.
I'm sure you can do much better seeing your previous work ..just start simple with one HDRI and add secondary accent lights if needed .

        -------------------------------------------------------------
Simply, I love to put pixels together! Sounds easy right : ))

Thanks Guys! I know what you're saying. I'll tinker with it a bit more. One of my ArchViz clients always want very even lighting, so I was trying to achieve a "good" result with that in mind.

When I have a client request like that I do my lighting and use PS's Camera RAW's Auto, which does a good job of balancing light.
