Yeah tell us where the people come from! They don't look so low poly to me, at least not all of them.

People are a mix from lowpolygon3d collections and some photo i make myself
Light is simply a direct light with gradient environment and hsv color mapping

textures, lighting, and compositing, all excellent!

people do look great, I have to agree about the plane being a tab bit over the top though

only thing I'd crit is the ceilings need down lights or some detail.
