I do a lot of houses, which I share here and I also do these commercial projects. I don't share the commercial so much, so I thought that I would share this one. It is a plain-jane structure, but it was nice to see a client appreciate the process. She was happy to pay for extra iterations, which is my kind of client. The exterior started out with a 1/2 dozen colors, I then flipped those colors and it ended up all the same color. My client's client used the renderings to make color and design decisions, which is value-added. I tell my clients that it is cheaper to pay me to change it on the computer than to pay the contractor to change it in real-life; this client gets it. Again, really plain-jane, but comments would be appreciated.

Thank you so much Bobby for your insights into the client-artists relations (Not only in this post of yours but in general). I I believe this type knowledge is often more valuable then the technical one.

The project btw looks great! My only 2 cents would be that the ceiling seems too reflective and the hedge around the building would benefit from some slight scale, position variation because it is a bit too straight.

You're welcome and I agree with both comments. The interior, they had no comments and that was the first iteration. I'll probably fix the ceiling anyway before I send the finals. The bushes, they didn't have a landscape plan, so I went with something fast and easy, which is some bushes I did for a job using Multiscatter.

        Is this V-Ray GPU?

No, I don't have much luck with GPU. I did invest in a Titan RTX, thinking my 2080 TI wasn't sufficient, but it is still a crapshoot when using GPU.

I thought I would try GPU on the interior and I get this (balloon Stool). I mean, it is neat and all, but what the heck? The pendant lights are also 10X's dimmer. Now, I can troubleshoot, but should I have too? I deleted the balloon stool and copied the second one over and now the second stool is a balloon stool.

Love the road, grass, 3D people and DOF
For the exteriors, they could do with being slightly brighter

I guess I am having some issues with brightness. I do calibrate my monitors and I also look at the histogram, so I am not sure where I am going wrong. If I lighten things up then I start blowing out other areas, so I try to balance it.

And after an hours of tweaking my CPU scene to work in GPU, I end up with crap like this. If you ask me, GPU isn't ready yet for prime-time. I have been trying since day one, but something always breaks.

I did a white balance and brightened from right to left and gradient masked the right so it wouldn't blow out.

i quite like the balloon stool. its probably the new AI based "aesthetic decision" engine they added to GPU.

Yeah, it was strange. I think it was the cushion causing the issue, however, I am not sure what the issue was.

I like your window bump throughout plus DOF. The chair explosion may be displacement in the materials slot (setting cant convert over to GPU same as CPU). Thanks for posting.

I am rendering this one out again. Although it was approved, now they want to remove the can lights and put one square ceiling light in the kitchen. These are the kind of changes I don't like, which are after approval. The same for the exterior, they want downspouts after they have already been through the review process and approved the final. Of course, they don't think it should accrue a fee.
